I dream

I dream of being model thin,
bones and skin.

Pointy curves 
and defined ribs.

Protruding hips
and thin lips.

Sharp cheeks
and thigh gaps.

I dream of being movie star thin,
six stone and no more.

raw throat,
sore voice.

Tiny ankles,
little wrists.

Wide eyed, 
hallowed expression.

The pain never goes away,
I let the tears come,
as I stare back at the mirror,
at a girl I dream isn't me.
